What to do, what to do...

First,  you and your conservation partner will research why soil is so important, and possible soil conservation practices.

Next, you will use the information you gathered to analyze a case study. In your case study, you must identify what happened and why.

Then, you will research possible ways to prevent this type of erosion in order to give specific suggestions, backed up by evidence.

Finally, you must inform the public of your findings. To do so, you will create an IGNITE presentation, where you demonstrate your knowledge of soil as a resource, your analysis of the case study and your suggestions for preventing the specific type of soil erosion shown in your case study. Remember to keep track of your sources!

DO NOT ADD THE BACKGROUND RESEARCH TO YOUR PRODUCT UNLESS IT IS PARTICULARLY RELEVANT TO YOUR CASE STUDY (why, because we do not want to listen to 17 presentations that start with "Soil is ...")
