Process

Step 1: Decide which role you wish to will take. The roles are:

 

Step 2: Once roles have been established, go to the individual role page to get more information and further instructions regarding their field of expertise.  This includes gathering information about your role as well as gathering information to write a health oriented  article. Keep a record of all your infomation, which includes the sites you used with their CITE-IT scores.

 

Step 3: Gather enough resource material (information) to write at least one five paragraph article on your area of expertise.  You will need to have an introduction, at least three key ideas with pertinent supporting details, and a conclusion.  Complete an initial draft to share with your teacher for feedback.  Revise and rewrite your article, and then have a classmate edit it. 

 


Only if working in a team:

 

Step 4: Create a one week plan for students to follow which will lead them to better health. You may want to add on a way to extend or modify your plan depending on the needs of individuals. 


Step 5: Compile the magazine and design a cover together.

 

Step 6: Turn in your completed magazine, including cover, 4 articles and weekly plan to your teacher. All pages must be typewritten and printed out by you.
