Where have all the stars gone?
Now that you have developed empathy for your constellation, it is time to address the problem of light pollution. It is easy to think that the problem can be solved simply by having everybody turn off their lights at night. But is that really feasible? What about services that require illumination at night, such as hospitals? What about those cities that "never sleep"?

Do some research into the light pollution problem, its effects and ways to prevent it. Some good palces to find this information are:

Identify ONE specific problem caused by light pollution (for example, wasted energy or the effects of light pollution of wild life), and create an addendum to your constellation product where you:

-
Identify and explain the problem in depth.
-
Create an action plan that could be used to address the problem. Make sure you include at least one action that can be reasonably taken by:
-
You (i.e. an individual)
-
Your family/neighborhood
-
Your city/state
-
-
Address the benefits of taking action.

Our goal here is to encourage people to take action, so your product must be able to be distributed to a wide audience (brochure, PSA, handout, webpage, etc.)
