HUMAN BODY

Develop your idea, providing informative and convincing arguments that your re-designed  organ, or body system is important and more efficient for its intended purpose than the original design. In your design brief:

1.State the Problem:

2.Describe the original design (form and function):

3.Identify the targeted area of improvement (form and/or function):

4.What are the three main reasons you have to propose the change?

5.What is your solution (re-design) – change in location, structure, improved communication, the way it works, etc.

6.What is the predicted outcome of your redesign?

7.Why is your re-design more efficient?

8.How does your redesign help eliminate common problems associated with the organ or body system?

9.What would be needed in order for your re-design to work?

10.What will you say in response to your opposition?

11.How will you present your work? Reading your essay is NOT an option.

Your fellow classmates will vote on who to award the coveted Human Body 2.0 Redesign Patent. In order for your work to be considered, your team must:

1. Submit a complete design brief and written argument.

2. Prepare a presentation in which you convey the group’s rationale for and support the re-design of the selected  organ or body system. Members of your team may be asked to present your work to different groups as time allows, so make sure each person is able to answer questions regarding your redesign.

Don't forget to submit a project work report daily.
