Body System Picture: Have a picture of the whole body system (the whole skeleton, for example) or pictures of its parts (pictures of individual bones). (1XP)

 

Body System function: Write a statement of the body system’s job(s). (5 XP)

 

Organs: Include  the names and function of each of the major organs of the body system (5 XP)

 

Interactions with other systems:

 

Explain how this system works with other systems in the body. (5 XP)

 

ANALOGY:

 

Analogy Picture: Include a picture of some person, place, or thing that does the same job as the body system. (1 XP)

 

Analogy Explanation: Explain why you think the analogy illustration you chose is like the body system you are writing about.  (10 XP).

• You can increase your XP by adding analogies for the organs themselves. This only works if they fall within the original analogy.
