We've all heard the warnings about climate change. It has been all over the news for many years. We read the news and watched documentaries. We shook our heads and raised our hands in indignation. We vowed to take action and change our ways. We walked to school or work, changed a few light bulbs to fluorescent or LED and separated our trash. Then we patted ourselves on the back and claimed we were doing our part. We even raised an eyebrow in righteous indignation at other who we think have not done theirs. And then what... after a few days we forget. We revert back to buying prepared items in containers, we buy and eat those beautiful Chilean strawberries at the store. We drive five blocks to school because you know, we are in a hurry.
It is time to educate ourselves and take this problem seriously!
